When I was little, the walls were off limits for my painting and drawing masterpieces. But these days, there’s no reason to tell your kids thay can’t mark them up. Don’t worry, the answer is simple…roll on some paint! Chalkboard or whiteboard paint, that is!
Chalkboard paint can be found in just about any hardware store now and you can create all sorts of cool and inspiring ways for kids to display their creativity. Different colored chalks can add to the fun.
Another great surface coating is Idea Paint. This can be applied to any wall or smooth surface to create a whiteboard surface. Paint it on a section of a wall, the entire room, or even in cool shapes. Kids can use regular dry erase markers and the possibilities are endless!
Here are a few inspiring photos to get your imagination going as well!
